• POLICY:
  • It shall be the policy of Carefree Boat Club of Southern Connecticut to provide to its members the opportunity to advertise the sale of product or services on the ResNet system

• DEFINITIONS:
  • Product and/or services must be boating related
  • Participating member must provide a discount to fellow members
  • Approval must be received by Club’s owner prior to member’s advertisement being added to ResNet
  • Advertisement will be limited from January 1 through October 31^st. Member must resubmit request for the following season.
  • Carefree Boat Club of Southern Connecticut has the sole right to approve or deny any request for advertisement

• RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Participating member must submit request to advertise on ResNet to CBC owner ([email protected])
  • Participating member must provide the following information to CBC owner when submitting request:
    • Business Name
    • Description of product or service
    • Benefit (member discount)
  • Owner will review request and respond to member within 48 hours
  • Once approved member must provide the following information to ResNet Administrator ([email protected])
    • Business Name
    • Description of product or service
    • Category – Retail / Service / Other
    • Phone
    • Email
    • Website*
    • Address
    • Percentage of Discount
    • Business logo in PDF format
  • *Website provided will be where fellow members view product(s) and place order(s)
  • Participating member/participating member’s business will be responsible for collecting payment and shipping product. Club will not be involved with collection of monies nor be responsible for shipping product for sale on ResNet.  Club will not be responsible for collecting monies for services rendered.
  • ResNet Administrator will monitor all business affiliates created and make inquires directly to advertising member when needed

• PROCEDURES:
  • Once member receives approval from owner, ResNet Administrator will create business affiliation.
  • Once business affiliation has been created in ResNet all members will have access to fellow member’s advertisements by going to the member landing page and clicking on “AFFILIATES”
