Carefree Boat Club strives to provide our customers an affordable boating experience that is fun, easy, safe and hassle free through professional boat safety training, quality maintenance, excellent customer service, and unsurpassed industry knowledge.
MARINA AMENITIES
We are a 188 storage facility. Our Marina is super clean with a floating dock, plenty of parking, and clean restrooms for our customer. We also have a dock attendant present at all times to assist you when leaving and arriving back to the dock. With our call ahead launching we provide you with a complementary bag of ice and fuel your vessel before your arrival.
WHAT IS THERE TO DO?
In any direction you desire to boat for the day there are plenty of things to do. You can take a ride all the way down to Cayo Costa State Park for the day or head up to the Crow’s Nest for a bite to eat. If you desire to just hang out on the beach you can take a quick trip to Don Pedro State Park to sun bath or hunt for shark’s teeth. There are miles of beaches to visit all the way from Siesta Key with its beautiful white sugar sand to Cabbage key located on Pine Island for their famous cheese burgers and see the “Wall made of Money.”
If it’s a rainy day and boating is not at its best. Take a stroll down Dearborn Street in Englewood and check out the antique shops or enjoy a cocktail at Zeke’s. For those feeling adventurous take a ride over to Boca Grande and explore the Island by renting a golf cart. Take a ride through Banyan Street and stop by the Pink Elephant for lunch.
