Dear members,
At Carefree our staff is highly focused on customer service and member satisfaction and on providing the best boating experience that we can for you. Below are some ways you can participate in ensuring that your family and all members have an incredible boating season and help to maintain our Club as a successful and thriving enterprise able to provide these opportunities well into the future.
Surveys
Completion of Surveys – Upon completion of your outing, you will receive a survey request from ResNet. We need your assistance to maintain a high level of performance and service, so please let us know through surveys what we are doing right and where you see a need for improvement.
Renewals
Renewing your membership early is greatly appreciated by the club staff. This allows us to better allocate boats, hire dock staff and get new boats ordered if a location fills up. Please reach out to [email protected] to renew your membership.
Referrals
Last November we expanded our Referral Program. We have found that word of mouth and referrals lead to the strongest membership growth for the club and also the happiest members.
- For your first referral you will receive $200
- For your second referral you will get a FREE (doesn’t count towards existing or future outings) all-day, weekday, reservation
- For your third referral Mitch and Cheryl will captain the boat for one of your scheduled afternoon outings, as well as supply libations and hors d’oeuvres
- For your fourth referral you will get a FREE all-day, weekend outing
Dock Updates
Stamford – In Stamford, work is being done to improve the safety on our dock. Resurfacing is now taking place and will be completed this month.
Westport – Finally! The Westport dock is now dismantled and in the process of being rebuilt and will be in place mid-April.
Rye – The Rye location has been dredged, making maneuvering through the channel less of a challenge. We have also added a Carefree Dock Office, so be sure to check it out when arriving for your reservation.
