Member Housekeeping

Did you take any pictures or videos during your latest outings? We’d love to see! Join the Carefree Charlotte PhotoCircle, upload your photos, and see what other members are posting. Link to join our PhotoCircle!
Thank you to everyone who pre-ordered their Carefree Boat Club lake t-shirts! They are officially here and we will be sending out details on where/ and when to pick up your shirt soon.

his time of year brings windy conditions, so please boat with caution. Strong winds can create rough waters and make maneuvering more challenging. For safety, boating will be temporarily suspended if winds reach 12-15 mph until conditions improve. We monitor wind speeds using the Windy App at all our locations– you can download it from the app store to stay informed.

To all of our Kings Point boaters, please remember to display your parking pass when parked at this location. If you do not have a parking pass, please see Carolyn in the office and she will issue you one.

To our Tega Cay boaters, members can park in the designated Carefree Member spots with a Carefree pass but all of your guests must park in the top lot. While guests don’t need a Carefree pass, they must park in the top lot, as towing is being enforced. If you’re a member and don’t have a pass or the designated spots are full, please park in the top lot with your guests.

New Boats

We’re excited to share that four brand-new boats will be joining our fleet this spring! Get ready for three new Bennington pontoons and a sleek new Regal bowrider. Have a creative name in mind? We’d love to hear it!
