At the annual Carefree Boat Club conference this year, all of our domestic and international club owners met up in Florida to share best practices and plans to make 2018 an even more incredible year for our members. During the conference we finalized our new website and reviewed new club openings planned for 2018 for our members to boat from.

We’re also proud to announce that our Seattle club took home three awards at the annual conference this year!

– The President’s Club Award, a prize offered to the top three clubs for creating an outstanding member experience.
– The Customer Service award, for demonstrating outstanding care of our members.
– Finally, CBC Seattle was awarded the Achievement Award, recognizing our club for our upscale, luxury fleet.

CBC Seattle’s small, dedicated team has created a culture driven by delighting our members. Our dock staff has your boat waiting spotless at the dock to help you off with a smile. Our office staff ensures that members can quickly schedule trainings with our captains, make and adjust reservations, and takes pride in creating a club community atmosphere. Taking care of our members is what we do, and we are ecstatic to be recognized on the national club level for our efforts!

Providing our members with top quality brand boats in a variety of styles and sizes is our priority. Currently about half of our fleet are brand new 2018 models and the majority of our boats are less than three years old. We keep track of how often each boat is used and continuously work to create a mix of our member’s favorite boats.
