Which scenic body of water is home to killer bass catching, delectable water-side restaurants, numerous coves and secluded inlets, and runs 60 miles straight through what you call home? This should be an easy one, since the well-known and loved Chickamauga Lake adds character and personality to the Chattanooga region. If you know the Carefree Boat Club, you know we are not only huge fans of lake life, but helping our members maximize their lake experience, both time-wise and financially. If you aren’t familiar with our mission, let us introduce ourselves a little.
Boating without owning – what does this entail? Essentially, the Carefree Boat Club has conceptualized a way for members to enjoy the highs of lake life, while we handle the lows. For example, the hassle of maintenance, storage, winterization, slip fees, and updating the fleet is taken care of, and we leave tubing, watersports, fishing, and cookouts to you. We operate under a reservation system, which we fully familiarize you with during training, where you electronically select your preference of date, time, and boat for your outing. The hesitation surrounding lake life for many is cost, and rightfully so. The good news is joining our Carefree family will logistically amount to about 1/3 the cost of owning just one watercraft. Better yet, the boats you have access to are top-of-the-line watercrafts, and are interchanged for the newest models every year. The Carefree Boat Club at Harbor Lights Marina on Chickamauga Lake is now owned and managed by the same team as our three Northeast TN clubs. And we couldn’t be more excited!
