Carefree Boat Club and Pleasure House Brewing have partnered again to host Crockpot for a Cause which supports K-9 New Life. A minimum $3 donation gets you in the door and tasting all the different staff and member culinary crockpot creations! This event is being held on Shore Dr. at our local’s favorite Pleasure House Brewing Sunday, Dec 6th, from 6 to 9pm. K-9 New Life is a local Virginia Beach Animal Rescue, saving our four legged lives in the community.
Carefree Boat Club is a local veteran owned and operated company in the Hampton Roads area. Carefree cares whether on the water or on land by supporting local charities and causes within our community. So, come on down to partake in some good ole southern eats and amazing craft beer. You’ll get a chance to meet the Carefree Boat Club members and staff all while supporting a great cause!
They take in dogs from area shelters when they have run out of time, are injured or too sick for the shelters to handle. They rehabilitate by providing health care, training and work with the animal to determine the best type of forever home. Their focus is to give less fortunate dogs a second chance to live the life they deserve. You may ask yourself why rescue? There are several good reasons; save a life, you’re getting a great animal at a great bargain, they are healthy and happy which provides you with a healthy happy outlook.
Added bonus K-9 New Life will have many of our adoptable fur buddies in attendance, so come join us for the fun! Pleasure House Brewing allows dogs; we’d love to meet your entire family.
