We are excited to welcome new boats to our fleet and we want to keep them in pristine condition. Please be mindful not to step on the seats and remember to pick up after yourself. Additionally, please keep your pups’ nails trimmed to avoid accidental damage to the seats. Thank you for your cooperation!
When tipping the dock staff via Venmo, please only put the lake name in the description box. This ensures the full value of your tip goes directly to the staff without any deductions or complications.

Hello, Ryan! Most of you have probably met or spoken with Ryan while joining the club or renewing your membership. He has been with us for just over 5 years! His favorite part of the job is seeing the excitement on new members’ faces as they start their boating adventures with the club. Before joining Carefree, Ryan worked in the boat industry and noticed a big difference between dealership environments and the boat club. In dealerships, only some people are happy– those buying new boats. While the others are dealing with expensive repairs. Ryan appreciates the positive, stress-free atmosphere at Carefree, where everyone can enjoy boating without the hassles of boat ownership.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys fishing and spending time with his wife and kids. Ryan’s favorite boat in our fleet is Blue Moon, which suits his love for both fishing and family outings. He appreciates how it allows him to enjoy quality time with his loved ones while indulging in one of his favorite hobbies! One of his fondest memories while working at Carefree is taking his kids out with some team members to teach them how to wakeboard. His children had such a great experience they still talk about it years later!
Ryan values the support and camaraderie within the Carefree team. He cherishes the friendships and positive experiences he’s gained over the years. When you see Ryan around, be sure to say hello!
