Whether it’s the salty sea breezes of the coast or the calmness of an inland lake, you love to spend time on the water with friends and family. When you’re done swimming and lounging in the sun on shore, you may want to get out and do some fishing, water skiing, tubing, or other activity that takes you to more than a few yards from shore. So make sure you join our boat club in San Diego.
Storage and Transportation
While owning your own vessel and storing it in your home garage may seem simple, you still have to hook it up and tow it whenever you want to set sail on a boating adventure. If your boat is too big for that, you may look into renting a slip at a local marina, only to be the next entry on a miles-long wait list. Avoid both situations when you join our boat club in San Diego. Each of our boats has a dedicated slip at our marina, and you’ll find your boat in the same place no matter when you come to use it.
Cost of Ownership
After the purchase of your vessel, fees pile up. Insurance, licensing, registration, maintenance and repair, dock and/or storage fees, transportation costs, and more. A one-time up-front fee, and a flat annual fee thereafter with Carefree Boat Club takes care of it all. On top of that, you have access to the best and most up-to-date models each time you visit.
Service
Customer service representatives, experienced rental agents, and a separate maintenance team add up to quality service. We’re there for you every step of the way throughout your reservation period, and you can ask any question or bring any concern to us and you’ll have the right answer without a wait.
Education and Safety
From backing out of the marina slip to your adventure at sea and pulling back into the slip at the end of the day, you need to know how to operate your vessel safely and legally. State or local laws also require operators of a certain age to hold a boating certificate prior to operating the vessel. Your Carefree Boat Club membership includes teaching you how to operate the boat safely and legally. If necessary, you’ll still need to obtain personal licenses and certificates in accordance with those laws – and our staff can help get you squared away.

No matter if your favorite vessel is a sailboat, powerboat, or fishing boat, your Carefree Boat Club membership has you covered. Boating On Demand
When you own a boat, you’re the one in charge of transportation, launch, pulling it back out of the water, and all the rest. It also limits when and where you can boat. If you live in a cold-weather climate, your boating season may only two or three months out of the year. When you join a boat club like Carefree Boat Club, you don’t have the stress and headache of transporting your boat long distances so you can spend time on the water when your home waters are iced over. Visit your local club and be out on the water in no time!
